Over the Rainbow Challenge

There is a fun challenge issued over at PaperTrey Ink.

So, below is the card I made. I don't have the PTI colors (*yet*), so I used some colors that were close. The colors are tulip, sunflower, topiary and juniper all from CTMH. The ribbon was from my stash. Stamp set is Tea Party from CTMH. Card is 4x4. Thanks for looking!!
